Terry "T. L." Hart

President and CEO

With 42 years of experience in the industry, former proprietor of Hart Painting Company and mid-Michigan native Terry “T.L.” Hart is perfectly positioned to lead our company to even greater success. His vision is to direct the business in a way that is meaningful in terms of his beliefs and that benefits employees, clients and our community’s environment alike.

Terry attended Rodney B. Wilson High School in St. John's, MI and then earned his associates degree from Lansing Community College. With numerous training and management seminars to his name, Terry is also a former board member and past president of the Central Michigan Chapter of Associated Builders and Contractors, past president of the Michigan Council Painting and Decorating Contractors of America (PDCA, Now PCA) and a former National Board Member of PDCA. Terry is also the past secretary/treasurer of the Michigan Council PDCA.

When he’s not busy overseeing T. L. Hart, Inc., Terry can be found spending time with his wife and family, reading, writing, engaging in church related activities and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle.

Vicky Cannizzaro

Vice President

Vicky serves as the Vice President of T. L. Hart, Inc., leveraging over two decades of experience in sales, marketing, and workforce development to drive the company's success. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Religion from Liberty University and a background in life coaching, Vicky brings a unique blend of business acumen and a people-centric perspective to her work.

She is a dynamic leader who continuously seeks innovative solutions to propel the company forward.

Throughout her career, Vicky has demonstrated a keen ability to drive growth and foster success in both individuals and organizations. She is committed to creating a supportive and collaborative environment where team members can thrive personally and professionally. Whether through mentorship programs, professional development initiatives, or innovative marketing strategies, Vicky is dedicated to unlocking the full potential of her team.

When she's not leading strategic initiatives at T. L. Hart, Inc., Vicky can often be found travelling with her husband seeking out hidden gems in unique eateries, vibrant cafes, and charming shops. 

Paul Kluisza

Sr. Estimator/Project Manager

Paul is the man behind some of T. L. Hart’s most ambitious and successful projects. With 31 years of experience in the industry, Paul applies his wealth of knowledge to his role which encompasses sales, quoting for estimates and project management.

With an education that saw Paul graduating from Howell High School and Central Michigan University, and previous experience that includes working at Parker-Camden Painting, Paul is the man to speak to should you have any queries about a prospective project.

When he’s not juggling his multiple roles at T. L. Hart you can find Paul practicing his swing on the golf course and coaching his daughter’s basketball team.
