At T. L. Hart, we are always taking on new, exciting projects. To see the details of some of our recent work, select a project from the drop down menu below.

Dart Spec Building T. L. Hart is proud to have recently completed a new 40,000 square foot industrial building for Dart Development Corporation. Working in conjunction with Wieland Davco, the general contractor, this building was completed late Spring and provides a wonderful addition to Dart’s Oakwood Executive Park, located on Pinetree Road in the southern part of Lansing. In a beautiful three-color scheme, T. L. Hart applied nearly 200 gallons of Sherwin Williams Loxon XP, a high solids and heavy duty waterproofing paint system which will provide protection and street appeal for years to come. Our thanks go to Karl Griffin of Dart Development and Ben LaBlanc of Wieland Davco for the privilege of serving on this project.
Liquid Web T. L. Hart recently completed the second Liquid Web building, the first of which was done in late 2011, and this last project was completed in September of 2012. Both buildings constituted a combined total of approximately 53,000 square feet of concrete tilt up construction to be coated. The buildings were power-washed, primed, and finished using Sherwin Williams exterior grade products. A second floor build-out was also completed, as well as some additional interior painting.

DBI Working closely with designer Andrea Ozanich and project coordinator Scott Nye, T. L. Hart recently completed the decor change for DBI’s Michigan Avenue Building. The work spanned about 6 months overall and entailed painting three levels of the three story building - a completely renovated basement level, the main floor, and the upper mezzanine level. Carpet and office systems were all changed out, along with new lighting. The office furniture and supply dealer now has an updated look with bold color accents and a fresh coat of paint throughout. A real showcase both for DBI and T. L. Hart!
Assisted Care Facilities T. L. Hart has recently completed the last of three assisted care facilities in the Dayton, Ohio area. This is one of many such facilities the firm has finished in the Michigan and Ohio regions. Unique in scope, the projects call for a specialized texture coating called Litex, a sprayed-on finish similar to cementitious-type coatings only with an acrylic base. Extremely durable, this coating required T. L. Hart to remove existing vinyl wall fabric, prepare and prime walls, apply the Litex, and then finish the process by spraying on a mildew-resistant paint coating - all while the facility was fully operational. The total amount of wall area coated with this specialty product on all three buildings was about 110,000 square feet.
